Compare PeopleMaps to other profilers such as Myers Briggs (MBTI), Thomas International and SHL?
You might be familiar with these popular personality profiling systems. The major difference between the PeopleMaps instrument and all these systems is that they are meant to be delivered by a qualified person who can interpret the meaning for the respondent. PeopleMaps was built specifically for the Internet and is designed so that it does not need further interpretation.
This means that with PeopleMaps, no training of interpreters is necessary. The other three companies listed take between three and eight days to train, which can be costly and remember - the certification does not go to the organisation that may pay this cost, but is held by the employee who undertakes the course! While that is fair enough as they have the expertise, it can prove expensive when the person moves on to train someone new.
We’ve prepared a comparison chart for you to measure the similarities and differences between PeopleMaps and each of these systems.
